Unit Presidents and Auxiliary Members,
I would like to introduce myself to you as your Department Constitution and Bylaws Chairman for 2025-2026. My name is Diane Kraemer, and it is my honor to serve under Department President Candace as Chairman for our governing documents.
President Berg has asked me to review with the assistance of several Auxiliary members, the Department’s governing documents. We are working on the review and putting together proposed updates and corrections to our official documents. Those recommendations will be mailed to units for review and comment prior to the 2026 Department Convention.
